Our stay at Pavilion Motel & Conference Centre was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance of the Esplanade and close to town. The grounds were well maintained, with a picnic table and lawn area for relaxation. The facilities in our unit were tidy and functional, providing us with everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated having a car park available for our convenience.

Greatly enjoyed the room with spa bath, my bed was very comfy. It was nice to have a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator available. The location was marvellous for traveling around Palmerston North, not far from BP shop right across the road, Palmerston North for a weekend, and Victoria Esplanade and Manawatu River:)))

    Nothing atall!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and amenities offered. The attention to detail was evident, especially in the well-maintained rooms, which were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the park was a bonus, providing a beautiful setting for walks and a great space for children to play.

The overall experience at this hotel was perfectly fine.

The hotel is convenient if you want to be close to the park area, with only a short walk to the green space. the bathroom in the room is clean and the room service is prompt. the breakfast is delicious and served quickly.

The manager is imprudent and we had to deal with their unprofessionalism multiple times.

The hotel offered free parking and Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. It also had a great location, close to major attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless.

The amenities were not very clean, with mould in the bathroom and dirty surfaces throughout. The room was also in poor maintenance, with ripped curtains and missing light bulbs.

One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent value for money. You get a lot for what you pay for, including basic amenities and spacious rooms with three beds. It's great for families or groups traveling together. Another highlight is the location. This hotel is conveniently located close to the parks, particularly the beautiful Esplanade Park. It's a perfect spot for nature lovers and those who enjoy a relaxing stroll. Additionally, some rooms even come with a spa bath, adding that extra touch of indulgence to your stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel is worth mentioning. It's a great way to start your day, ensuring you're well-fed and ready to explore the surrounding area.

No major issues, everything was fine during my stay.

We loved staying at this place! It is perfectly located close to a park for the children and beautiful walking tracks for us. Also, it is very convenient as it is near to the city centre and has a great location near the Esplanade park. The room was fantastic, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table. We were also impressed with the shower, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettle, electric blankets. The staff member made an extra effort to make sure we were accommodated to the best of our needs, especially regarding sleeping arrangements.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
