Greatly enjoyed the room with spa bath, my bed was very comfy. It was nice to have a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator available. The location was marvellous for traveling around Palmerston North, not far from BP shop right across the road, Palmerston North for a weekend, and Victoria Esplanade and Manawatu River:)))

The hotel is convenient if you want to be close to the park area, with only a short walk to the green space. the bathroom in the room is clean and the room service is prompt. the breakfast is delicious and served quickly.
The manager is imprudent and we had to deal with their unprofessionalism multiple times.

The hotel offered free parking and Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. It also had a great location, close to major attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless.
The amenities were not very clean, with mould in the bathroom and dirty surfaces throughout. The room was also in poor maintenance, with ripped curtains and missing light bulbs.

We loved staying at this place! It is perfectly located close to a park for the children and beautiful walking tracks for us. Also, it is very convenient as it is near to the city centre and has a great location near the Esplanade park. The room was fantastic, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table. We were also impressed with the shower, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettle, electric blankets. The staff member made an extra effort to make sure we were accommodated to the best of our needs, especially regarding sleeping arrangements.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
